What do I do if I didn’t receive my ticket?

- Spam Folder: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder before reaching out for help.
- Receipts vs. Tickets: Note that the support team can only reissue payment notices/receipts. They cannot send the ticket file itself, only the link to access it.
