1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. This includes, but is not limited to, General Admission, VIP, or package tickets.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDIT ISSUES FOR ANY REASON except in the limited circumstances explicitly detailed in Section 3 below.
2. Standard Exclusions (No Refund Scenarios)
The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund, as they are considered outside of the organizer’s control or are the responsibility of the ticket holder:
Failure to Attend: Non-attendance due to personal reasons, including last-minute emergencies, conflicts, illness, travel delays, missed flights, or inability to secure local accommodations.
Minor Changes: Changes to the announced DJ or artist lineup, a minor change in set times, or a marginal change in food/beverage offerings.
Admission Denial: Being denied entry for violating a posted policy, such as failing to present valid identification, dress code violations, or engaging in disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior.
Guest Dissatisfaction: Subjective dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event, including venue décor, crowd size, music selection, or service speed.
3. Limited Refund/Exchange Scenarios (Exceptions)
Tickets will only be refunded or offered an exchange in the following situations:

A. Event Cancellation 100% Refund (Excluding Service Fees) If the entire Event is officially canceled by the organizers and is not rescheduled. The refund will cover the ticket price only; processing fees charged by the ticketing platform are non-refundable.
B. Rescheduled Event Optional Refund Window If the Event is postponed and officially rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified and their original Tickets will be valid for the new date. A 72-hour refund window will be offered for those unable to attend the new date. After this window, the “All Sales Are Final” policy applies.
C. Venue/Date Change Optional Refund Window If the official date or venue is changed, ticket holders will be given a 72-hour window to request a full refund if they cannot attend the changed Event.
D. Force Majeure Event Credit/Future Exchange If the Event is canceled or significantly curtailed due to circumstances outside the organizer’s control (e.g., severe weather, acts of war, government lockdown, natural disaster), the organizer reserves the right to offer a full or partial credit for a future event or an exchange, as opposed to a monetary refund.
4. Ticket Usage and Transfer
Digital Delivery: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided and to manage the security of their digital ticket. We are not responsible for tickets lost due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
Transfer/Resale: Tickets may be non-transferable. Please refer to the specific Event details on our ticketing page to determine if transfer is permitted. Resale is strictly prohibited outside of any official, authorized platform designated by The Corporation NYE. Reselling a ticket in violation of this policy voids the ticket and subjects the user to refusal of entry without refund.
5. Compliance and Jurisdiction
All purchases are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of The Bahamas, the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
The ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event, including any injury and liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
